Mozza Founder / Chef & Pizzaiolo Anthony Palermo together with his team are wanting to bring you the experience of dining as you would at Nonna's house.
Since the age of 15, Anthony has had a love for all things Italian. Traditional Italian food and cooking (in particular pizza) has driven him from the very start. In the beginning, Anthony started at the bottom - working his way up the ranks in a local pizza shop after school. Anthony’s desire to serve incredible authentic food was clear from the very beginning.
The Birth of Mozza
In 2014, Anthony opened up his first pizzeria in Seddon. Following it’s huge success, in 2017 Mozza was born- opening its doors in July at Doncaster Westfield in Melbourne.
Anthony and his team want to bring you the experience of dining as you would at ‘Nonnas house’ with family recipes going back generations, a woodfire oven from Naples burning at 450 degrees, a passion for authentic Italian cooking and the hospitality that Italians are known for.
Our restaurant is available for private events: Special occasions, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event.
